    We pack and ship from our European fulfilment centre, usually the same or next business day. Orders placed at the weekend are shipped on the next business day.

Shipping questions.

When will my order ship?
On business days, we dispatch within 24 hours. Orders placed at the weekend or on public holidays are shipped on the next business day. As soon as the parcel has left our warehouse, you'll receive the tracking link by email.
How do I track my parcel?
Once your order has been dispatched, we automatically send you a tracking link. If you can't find it, please check your spam folder or email us at contact@dashnova.eu with your order number and we'll send it to you again.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free from €100, applied automatically at checkout with no code needed. Below that, a flat rate of €4.90 applies. Express shipping costs €7.50 and is free from €140.
My tracking hasn't updated. Should I worry?
Tracking can take a day or two to update and may pause between scans while in transit. If nothing happens for several days, message us and we'll follow up with the carrier for you.
What if my parcel is lost or arrives damaged?
Contact us right away with your order number and, in the case of damage, a photo. We'll quickly arrange a replacement or another solution. You're covered, and we won't leave you to deal with the carrier on your own.
