What is the difference between AIBOX GO and AIBOX GO Pro?

The AIBOX GO is the everyday choice for most cars with wired CarPlay or Android Auto and comes with 30+ popular apps built in. The AIBOX GO Pro is made for factory wireless CarPlay and has the Google Play Store, so you can download more apps.

Do I need to pay a monthly fee?

No. DashNova does not charge a monthly fee. You buy the box once and sign in with the app accounts you already use. Services such as Netflix, Disney+ or Spotify may still require their own subscription.

Does it need an internet connection?

Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto run through your phone as usual. Streaming apps need internet, via your phone's hotspot or another Wi-Fi network. Your provider's usual data charges may apply.

How long does setup take?

Usually about a minute. Plug the AIBOX into the CarPlay or Android Auto USB port, pair it once with your phone and connect to Wi-Fi or the hotspot for streaming. No tools, no trip to the dealer.

Can I watch video while driving?

DashNova does not disable video playback while driving. Watching video as the driver is dangerous and illegal in many countries. Playback on the move is for passengers only, where the law permits. Drivers should only watch when the car is safely parked.

What if my car doesn't have a touchscreen?

You can add the DashNova Bluetooth Mouse to control apps in cars without a touchscreen. Check your car first with the compatibility checker, or write to us if you're unsure about the controls.

What if it isn't right for my car?

You have 60 days to test DashNova in your car. If it isn't right, send it back under our money-back guarantee. Every box also comes with a 2-year warranty.
