How to make a claim.
If something goes wrong, it's quick and painless. Three steps.

Get in touch
Email support@dashnova.eu with your order number and a short description of the problem. A photo or short video of the issue helps us sort it faster.
ii.
We'll troubleshoot first
Many issues are a quick fix. We'll try the simple things with you first — but if it's a genuine fault, we move straight to replacement, no hassle.
iii.
We replace it
If your device is faulty and within the warranty period, we'll arrange a free replacement. No charge, no fuss — that's the whole point of buying from a company that stands behind its product.
Common questions.
Do I need to register my warranty? +
No. The 2-year standard warranty is active automatically from the day your order is delivered — your order is your proof. If you added the extended warranty at checkout, that's logged to your order too, so there's nothing extra to do.
How does the extended warranty work? +
It simply adds 2 more years on top of the standard 2, for 4 years of total cover from your delivery date. You add it as an option on the product page before checkout — it can't be added after the order is placed, so choose it at the time of purchase.
What if my device fails just outside the period? +
Get in touch anyway. We're a small company and we'd rather keep a customer happy than hide behind a date. We'll always take a look and do what we reasonably can.
Does the warranty affect my right to return? +
No — they're separate. You also have 30 days from delivery to return the device for a refund if you change your mind, on top of the warranty. The warranty is about faults; the 30-day return is about peace of mind.

This warranty is provided by Lumivara LLC and applies to the Dashnova device purchased through dashnova.eu. It does not affect your statutory consumer rights under EU law, which apply in addition to this warranty. Coverage runs from the date of delivery and requires proof of purchase.
