How long do I have to return an item? +
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Requests made after 30 days can't be accepted, so please submit the form before then.
What condition does the item need to be in? +
It must be undamaged, in full working order, and returned in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories. Items that are damaged, show misuse, or are missing packaging or parts can't be refunded.
When will I get my refund? +
Once we receive your returned item and check its condition, we issue the refund to your original payment method. You'll get an email confirmation as soon as it's processed; it can then take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.
My item arrived faulty or damaged — what then? +
That's covered separately and we'll make it right quickly. Submit the form and choose "Arrived faulty or damaged" as the reason — a photo by email helps. We'll arrange a replacement or refund without the usual condition requirements.
Do I pay for return shipping? +
We'll confirm the return arrangements when we reply to your request. If the item arrived faulty or damaged, the return is on us. For a change-of-mind return, we'll let you know the details in our confirmation email.
Returns are handled by Lumivara LLC for items purchased through dashnova.eu. This 30-day return policy is in addition to your statutory rights under EU consumer law, including the legal right of withdrawal, which apply regardless of this policy. To be refunded, items must be returned undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
